Sweet Black Cherry and Orange Smoothie


1/2 cup milk or milk alternative such as soy or almond milk 125 ml
1 peeled orange* cut into wedges 1
1/2 cup Ontario Sweet Black pitted cherries 125 ml
1/2 cup ice 125 ml

*If you have a regular or immersion blender, it's best to buy seedless oranges or remove large seeds before blending


Add ingredients to a blender, placing milk in first. Blend until smooth and enjoy! Makes 1 smoothie.
